Questions we get before the call

Product

Haku analyses your CRM to build a propensity model of the accounts that close, finds and pre-qualifies matching companies against your own buying signals, maps and enriches the buying committee, runs outreach across email, LinkedIn and the dialer, then feeds reply data back so targeting improves.

A database gives everyone the same records. Haku decides which accounts are worth your time based on your own closed-won history, researches each one against signals you describe in plain English, and re-ranks the pipeline as your team sells.

No. Haku is managed rather than a workbench you staff. You describe what a ready account looks like and the loop runs; there are no columns, prompts or workflows to build.

Onboarding takes days rather than weeks. JAG UFS engaged 45 accounts and sent 8 proposals in their first 30 days; Searching for Silicon booked their first meeting on day nine.

Data and enrichment

A waterfall across 20+ providers, queried in cost and accuracy order and cross-checked before anything is written back to your CRM. FullEnrich and Ocean.io are named providers; the rest are under contract terms.

Emails pass triple verification, with three independent engines that must agree; catch-all mailboxes are resolved rather than flagged as risky. Mobiles are checked with the carrier network and matched against the lead's name, and landlines are never charged for.

Conditions you describe in your own words, such as "hiring SDRs but no RevOps function" or "running Salesforce with no sequencer". Haku resolves each one per account against live sources and attaches the evidence to the score.

HubSpot and Attio, plus a REST API. Scores, signals and sources are written to custom fields so reps see the reasoning inside the CRM.

Pricing and plans

Credits cover the research and enrichment behind each lead: 22 credits produces one qualified lead. Plans run from 22,000 credits a month up to 66,000. Above that, Enterprise is scoped with you.

Per-seat pricing punishes you for giving the whole team access to the data. Haku is worth more the more people use it, so the price follows credits and every plan includes unlimited seats.

No. One waterfall is one charge however many providers it queries, and credits are only spent once a lead is enriched and above your score threshold.

Plans are billed monthly or annually, with 15% off on annual. There is no self-serve signup; pricing is confirmed on the call once volume is clear.

Security and compliance

UK and EU infrastructure only. There is no transfer to US infrastructure, and retention periods are configurable per workspace.

No. Haku builds and hosts its own models and runs inference on its own infrastructure, so your data never reaches a third-party LLM API.

Yes. Lawful basis is documented per processing activity, data subject requests are handled inside the platform, and a DPA with the current sub-processor list is available before signature. Full detail is in the Trust Centre.

Yes, and it is answered by the technical team rather than by sales.
